CLASSES

Our classes at Muscle Manor are designed to push performance, build strength and improve overall fitness in a motivating, community environment.

Each session combines expert coaching with structured programming that balances intensity, mobility and recovery. From high-energy conditioning and boxing to strength training, calisthenics and yoga, every class is built to challenge all levels and deliver real progress both physically and mentally.

Flow - stretch and mobility

BOXFIT

A high-intensity boxing workout combining pad work, bodyweight drills and conditioning rounds to build strength, speed and endurance. Suitable for all levels.

CALISTHENICS

A progression-focused session developing advanced bodyweight movements. Build strength, balance and control through skill work such as handstands, levers and muscle-ups.

5 ELEMENTS YOGA

A restorative session blending strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Move through flows inspired by the five elements to improve balance, mobility and body awareness.

BOOTY BUILDER

A targeted lower-body session focused on glute activation, strength and shape using our full suite of cutting-edge Booty Builder machines. Train with resistance, tempo and control to build power and definition.

METCON

A fast-paced, full-body workout combining strength and cardio for maximum intensity. Improve power, endurance and conditioning through varied functional circuits.
