1. Barcode / Access

• Use your personal barcode for gym entry every visit.
• Sharing your barcode is prohibited and may result in penalties as outlined in the Membership Terms & Conditions.
• Access is monitored via CCTV 24/7 for safety and misuse investigation.

2. Equipment Usage

• If unsure how to use any equipment, seek guidance from a Muscle Manor Personal Trainer.
• Unsafe or improper use may result in suspension, penalties, or termination under the Membership Terms & Conditions.

3. Hygiene Standards

• Wipe down all equipment after use with provided towels and cleaning products.
• Use sanitary stations as needed to maintain a clean environment.

4. Attire

• Wear suitable exercise clothing and appropriate footwear.
• Prohibited items: jeans, boots, flip-flops/sandals, slip-on shoes, workwear, Yeezys, and inappropriate football tops.
• Members not complying may be asked to leave the premises.

5. Substance Use

• Do not use the gym while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, tranquillisers, or any substance impairing your ability to exercise safely.
• Muscle Manor may remove individuals deemed unfit to train safely.

6. Weights Policy

• Return all weights and equipment to their original places after use.
• Dropping weights on the floor is strictly prohibited and may result in membership termination.

7. Photography & Social Media

• Obtain consent before taking photos or videos within the gym.
• Do not post images or comments online that identify or negatively impact others without their permission.
• Non-compliance may result in penalties under the Membership Terms & Conditions.

8. Behavioural Conduct

• Respect staff and fellow members at all times.
• Aggressive, abusive, antisocial, or threatening behaviour may lead to immediate termination and potential law enforcement involvement.

9. Personal Training Policy

• Only Muscle Manor licensed personal trainers may conduct sessions in the gym unless authorised in writing.
• Non-compliance may result in removal or financial penalties.

10. Belongings Responsibility

• Members are responsible for their personal property.
• Muscle Manor accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

11. Locker Usage

• Lockers are for temporary use during training sessions.
• Locks left overnight may be removed; items will go to lost property.

12. Lost Property

• Lost property is retained for one week before being donated to charity or disposed of.
• Muscle Manor is not responsible for items held in lost property.

13. Changing Facilities

• Separate-sex communal changing rooms and disabled changing facilities are provided to ensure privacy, safety, and dignity.

14. Contact Information

• Members must keep their contact details up to date in the Muscle Manor app under “My Account.”

15. Member Acknowledgement

• By accessing the gym, members confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Membership Terms & Conditions.

16. Physical Activity Readiness

• Members may need to consult a doctor if required by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire or for any medical reason.
• Membership fees remain non-refundable for decisions not to exercise following medical advice.

17. Smoking & Vehicle Policy

• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on all Muscle Manor premises.
• Bikes and e-scooters must be parked outside and are at the owner’s risk.

18. Creative Direction / Music

• Music played may reflect urban, working-class, or ethnic minority lifestyles.
• Music may include language or themes some may find offensive.
• Muscle Manor is not liable for offence and reserves the right to maintain its creative direction.

19. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

• English courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to a visit to our premises.
• Rules may be updated from time to time; continued access = acceptance.
