You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership displayed on the website or within the Club, including opening hours, facility usage, safety, and conduct.
These Terms & Conditions and Gym Rules apply to all persons who enter the Club premises, whether as members, guests, visitors, or otherwise authorised or unauthorised.
By entering the premises, individuals are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions and Gym Rules, regardless of whether a membership has been purchased or a written agreement has been signed.
Use of the Club’s facilities, equipment, classes, and services is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death.
Muscle Manor shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty.
Members and all persons on the premises agree to use equipment safely, follow staff instructions, and cease exercise if feeling unwell, dizzy, or in pain.
By joining or using the Club, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate safely.
If you have any medical condition, injury, illness, disability, or take medication that may affect safe exercise, you should seek medical advice before using the facilities.
Muscle Manor does not provide medical advice. Any guidance provided by staff is general fitness guidance only.
Members agree to pay all fees due for the full Minimum Term. Memberships without a stated Minimum Term continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Minimum Terms may vary for promotions or special offers.
Members and visitors are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Muscle Manor accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
Lockers are provided for temporary use during training sessions only. Locks left overnight may be removed and contents placed into lost property.
Vehicles and other property brought onto Club premises are left at the owner’s risk.
All persons on the premises must behave responsibly and respectfully, follow staff instructions, wear appropriate clothing, maintain hygiene, and refrain from harassment, aggression, or threatening behaviour.
Equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose. Misuse may result in suspension, termination, penalty charges, or liability for repair or replacement.

Investigations may rely on CCTV footage, access logs, and staff reports. Individuals must cooperate with investigations.
Only Muscle Manor licensed personal trainers may conduct training sessions on the premises unless authorised in writing.
Memberships may be cancelled within the first 7 days of joining for any reason. No refunds will be issued if the member has accessed the Club during this period.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, effective at the end of the Minimum Term.
Paid-in-Full memberships expire at the end of the paid term and are non-refundable except for medical cancellations.
Medical evidence is required. Where approved:
No refunds or compensation will be provided for temporary closures, maintenance, service reductions, or force majeure events.
Fees may increase with 14 days’ notice, but not during the Minimum Term. Members who do not agree may cancel without penalty.
Access barcodes are issued for personal use only and must not be shared.
Unauthorised entry or access obtained through misuse of a barcode does not create a membership, licence, or contractual rights.
Access is monitored via CCTV and access logs. Misuse may result in penalty charges or immediate termination without refund.
Planned closures will be notified in advance where possible. No refunds or compensation will be issued.
Muscle Manor is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, pandemics, or utility failures.
All content on the website, app, and digital platforms is owned by ZIGGY SIXX LIMITED or its licensors.
Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
Users must not introduce viruses, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse the website or systems.
Music played within the Club may reflect urban, working-class, or ethnic minority lifestyles and may include language or themes some individuals may find offensive.
Muscle Manor accepts no liability for offence caused and reserves the right to maintain its creative direction.
Smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on all Club premises.
Bikes, e-scooters, and similar vehicles must be parked outside the Club and are left at the owner’s risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Muscle Manor may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Club constitutes acceptance of any changes.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
These Terms, together with membership confirmation and referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement.
